The
Stiffkey Lampshop was established on the North Norfolk coast in
1975
by David Mann and Roger Belsten Specialising in the restoration and sale of period lighting, mainly from the Victorian and Edwardian eras, the Stiffkey Lamp Shop offers an extensive range including • gasoliers • chandeliers • hanging lamps • rise and falls • wall brackets • table and desk lamps • floor standards • original oil lamps • low voltage garden lighting. Lamps are authentically restored (many with their original glass shades) by David and Roger in Stiffkey's traditional workshops. There is also a comprehensive range of polished brass lamps which have been faithfully reproduced from originals plus a wide selection of low voltage outdoor/garden lighting. A full range of accessories includes ceramic/brass ceiling and wall switches, 3-core silk flex, wooden backplates, 3-screw galleries and gimbals for table lamps and replacement glass shades, chimneys and spares for all lamps. OPENING HOURS - PLEASE NOTE As of Wednesday October 1st. we will be closed Wednesdays and Thursdays (unless by prior appointment) As of Easter 2004 we will be open 7 days a week again. The shop is located on the A149 in the village of Stiffkey, three miles east of Wells-next-the-Sea. |
